Hello
everyone! It has been a while since my last post. Well, since I have a very
busy schedule and stressful time, I can’t even spare my free time to write
something. But deep in my heart, I really want to write something interesting
and share it with you guys. That’s why, here I am! Finally, I can write again!
In this
post, I’m not going to share my poem or short story like usual. Special for
this post, I’m going to share my first experience visiting a beach in Malang.
Well, for your information, eventhough I’ve been living in Malang for nearly 4
years, I’ve never been to a beach in Malang even just for once. There are
thousand reasons behind this unfortunate news and I don’t want to talk about
that anymore.
Well, on
last Saturday, October 25, my brother and his family invited me to go to
Ngliyep beach. Where is it? Well, I don’t know exactly where it is. I only know
that it is located in South Malang. I went to Ngliyep in the morning. To reach
this beach, we have long way to go. The good news is the road is quite
well-made so don’t worry about the track. The view along the way to Ngliyep is
also awesome. I enjoyed the view of the hills and forests with the fog in the
morning. I could smell the fresh air, so fresh! I also watched the sun rises.
It was beautiful! I missed those panoramas and atmosphere so much.
I
arrived at Ngliyep at 7.30 am. Well, it took about 1,5 hours to reach Ngliyep
from Kepanjen. Ngliyep beach is totally beautiful beach. I imagined that this
beach has black sands and big waves like I often see in Perancak beach near my
home. But, what I saw was totally different. It has brown sands. The water is
clear. I could see the rocks and kelps when I dived. I could also see the green
and blue colors when I looked at the sea. The wave in the lagoon where my
family and I swam is not that big. So, we could play and swim freely without
worrying the sea waves. It really is a perfect beach!

But be
careful! This beach has so many small rocks! It hurted me when I hit those
rocks while playing. I had some scratches after I got home from Ngliyep.

Watch Out The Rocks!! |
Beach is
not the only interesting object in Ngliyep beach. I also enjoyed my little
adventure exploring Gunung Kombang. What is Gunung Kombang? It is a sacred rock
island. When I reached the top of the island, I found a sacred place. You can
smell incense when you are there. In this island, I enjoyed the view of big sea
wave hit the rock island. The wave was truly big! I’m sure it really is a
deathly wave! I also could see the Indian ocean! Wow, wherever you see, you
only find blue seas.

Peace Love and Enjoy Ngliyep Beach! |
I love
beach very much! That’s why my favorite spot for refreshing is beach. I feel
relaxed when I hear the wave sound and feel the wind. I hope I could visit
beaches again someday especially Perancak beach. I hope you can also visit
Ngliyep beach! You won’t regret anything that you find here!
